TRINITY Group Construction has delivered 2.5 million square feet of data center space. Now we are developing the HydroThermal Reactor to power campuses on site.
We deliver data centers for developers today. We are engineering a way to supply their tenants with electricity generated on site, independent of the grid.
Building mission critical facilities since 2002.

From shell to raised floor, in new sites and live ones, on schedules the market sets.
Site, shell, power and cooling, delivered by one general contractor with 500,000 sq ft under way in three states and Egypt.
Data center projects
25,000 sq ft and 5 MW added to a live Equinix site in Dulles, in ten months.
Raised floor, containment and critical load, ready for the first tenant.
The HydroThermal Reactor: a patented tower designed to make electricity from warm, dry air and water.
We are looking at hot, dry sites in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, where the Reactor's design works best.
Water cools warm, dry air at the top of a tall tower. The cooled air falls, accelerates and drives turbines at the base. No fuel is burned and no rare earths are used.
Design figures are the company's own. No Reactor has been built at commercial scale yet.

Four existing structures of 53,245 sq ft each, converted into data centers of about 52 critical MW apiece.
